TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Project X by Hardy Rifle carries a Lifetime Warranty for potential defects in materials and workmanship. This Warranty is valid only to the original purchaser. To activate your Warranty, please register Your HYBRID with Hardy Rifle within thirty (30) days from the date of the original purchase. To register, please complete the form opposite (or below if using your phone).
Hardy Rifle (the Manufacturer) warrants that this firearm was manufactured free of defects in material and workmanship. The Manufacturer and/or it's local official Distributor/s agree to correct any such defect in this firearm by repair or replacement (at their discretion, and if the firearm is to be replaced, with the same or a comparable quality firearm). The Manufacturer does not warrant the stock/chassis, carbon fiber, or metal finishes with respect to finish, matching of pieces, dents, cuts, scratches etc - these are or should be apparent to the the purchaser when the product is purchased. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product prior to purchase to ensure that it is free from damage or defects. Fair wear and tear from normal or excessive usage is not considered a defect and is not covered under warranty. Rifles used in a commercial setting are also excluded from this warranty.
The Manufacturer and/or it’s local Official Distributors assume no responsibility for product malfunction or for death, physical injury or property damage as a result in whole or in part from improper or careless handling, criminal or negligent use of the product, modifications that have not been authorized, use of defective, improper hand/loaded or re-manufactured ammunition, customer abuse or neglect of the product or other influences beyond the manufacturer’s direct and immediate control. This Warranty does not apply to any unauthorized repairs and/or alterations.
If you require repairs, whether under warranty or not, please contact your local Official Distributor for instructions and to arrange. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the exchange or return is due to error on our part. We recommend your package is insured and shipped via a reputable and trackable carrier service. The Manufacturer and/or it’s local Official Distributors are not liable for any items lost during return shipping.
For international warranty claims (outside of New Zealand), please contact your local Official Distributor for instructions. Do not send your Project X direct to the Manufacturer. Customs Authorities require varied documentation and fulfillment of specific criterion and therefore stringent processes need to be adhered to.
The original purchase receipt is required for any returns or repairs. Please ensure you maintain the original receipt to ensure your Warranty is not voided.
